Shipping

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Create Space Hair Co. We’re thrilled to be able to offer our premium hair care products directly to our Canadian customers.

 

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The flat rate is based on the weight of your order.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Create Space Hair Co. ships to addresses within Canada only. We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Create Space Hair Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Create Space Hair Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Third-Party Delivery Services

For local deliveries, we employ third-party delivery services. Prices and delivery times for these services are controlled by the respective service providers, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra costs associated with these services.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Create Space Hair Co. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Refunds

 

By completing your purchase, you agree to our Refund Policy, which ensures transparency and fairness for all customers. Refunds or exchanges are only granted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, provided a request is submitted within 7 days of delivery and includes proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence. Please note that digital products, sale items, and gift cards are strictly non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria or are suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith. 

 

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@createspacehairco.com. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
  2. Pack the item carefully. Include the original packaging and tags, where possible.
  3. Include a print-out of the email confirmation of your return request or original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item to us: 9340 Mill St B, Chilliwack, BC V2P 4N2

 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items of significant value. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

 

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within one week. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

 

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email info@createspacehairco.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the exchange process.

 

Non-returnable Items

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
