As our salon’s mission statement states, we create space for individuality and that extends to our pricing model. Each service is customized and unique to each individual based off their starting place and desired end result, so you’re only paying for what you need. The best way to get an accurate quote for any of our hair packages below is by booking your complimentary consultation with one of our artists.

Why do I need to fill out an intake form?

At Create Space Hair Co., we are dedicated to providing you with the very best care and personalized service. To ensure that every visit is tailored to your unique needs, we send you an intake form along with your appointment reminder. This form is an integral part of our commitment to understanding not just your hair, but also your scalp, enabling us to create long-term goals and offer professional advice that supports the health of both.

By completing this annual, in-depth questionnaire, you allow us to gather essential information beforehand, which helps us focus more on delivering exceptional service during your appointment. This approach minimizes the need for extensive questions during your visit, allowing us to concentrate on what truly matters—your salon experience and the results you desire.

Each time you visit, we will also request a brief follow-up intake. This quick update lets us know if there have been any significant changes or if you're interested in exploring any of our additional services. It's all part of our effort to enhance your experience and ensure you receive the best possible care.

Do consultations require any sort of deposit or fee?

It doesn't matter if you book your consultation seperately or at the beginning of your appointment, we offer all consultations free of charge. This allows us to answer any questions you may have, provide accurate pricing and work together to create a treatment plan that you're 100 percent comfortable with.

Do you require a deposit for bookings?

To streamline our scheduling and ensure fairness, we ask for credit card information on file. We understand this may raise some concerns, but please rest assured that your card will only be used in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation without prior notice. We are committed to reviewing each situation carefully, and a fee may not apply if managed with consideration.

What is your cancellation policy?

For appointment no shows, we do charge a 50 percent service charge to the credit card on file. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, we require no less than 24 hours notice. Day of cancelations will be charged a 25 percent service cancellation fee.

What salon etiquette or guest policies should I know about?

At Create Space Hair Co., we live by our mission, which means creating a safe space for everyone. Beyond the basics of being a kind human, we ask our guests to be considerate when taking phone calls and use headphones when watching anything on their phones.For allergy purposes, we are a pet free space. We also ask guests to not bring kids to their appointments for safety and space concerns (unless breastfeeding or under the age of 12 months). Finally, please don't touch the plants (our owner and resident plant lady, Jaime, get really sad when the leaves get picked).

What happens if I am unhappy with my hair?

While we hope this is never the case, we are always here to listen to your concerns and ensure you feel confident in your results. We offer a two week grace period for our guests to contact us with anything they are dissatisfied with in their service.
